Shubael Brooks and Mary Peck
1-Shubael Brooks, son of John Brooks and Abigail, was born on 11 Oct 1770 in Killingly, Windham, Connecticut and died in 1833 in Erie County, New York at age 63.Shubael married Mary Peck, step-daughter of Jonathan Dean, in 1794 in New York. Mary was born in 1771 in Connecticut and died in 1828 in Chautauqua County, New York at age 57. They had eight children: Russell, Emma Eunice, Louisa, Norman, Rhoda, Alvin, Orville, and Alphonso.

Russell married between 1820-1825 in New York. According to the 1830 census he and his wife had four children: three sons and one daughter and were living in Boston, Erie, New York next to his brother Alvin and sister Emma Eunice Farrington. What happened to him and his family after 1830 is not known at this point.
2-Emma Eunice Brooks was born about 1798 in New York and died in 1831 in New York at age 33.
Emma married William Farrington in 1822 in New York. William was born around 1798 in New York and died before 1850 in Whiteside County, Illinois. They had four children: Adison, Marcy L, Eunice E (Polly), and Joseph A. After Emma's death, William married Sarah Teats, probably the daughter of Jesse Teats and sister of Eliza Teats, wife of Emma's brother Alphonso Brooks. They had three children: Jesse T, Martin Van Buren, and Frances M.
3-Adison Farrington was born on 18 Jan 1823 in New York.
Adison married Jeanette P Coburn, daughter of John Coburn, on 25 Mar 1849. They had four children: Laura R, Mary Stella, Bertha E, and Eunice T.
